The NFATCA Foundation, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit institution organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.  The foundation does not engage in for-profit or political activities.  The activities conducted by the foundation are strictly limited in scope since inception and include:

• Preserving the heritage of National Firearms Act (NFA) items in the United States
• Educating the public regarding NFA items in the United States
• Supporting organizations that further NFA preservation and education in the United States
